Easy to clean, can be cleaned in the washing machine but DO NOT tumble dry.
The neck cover attaches to the horse rugs with 3 swivel metal clips.
The front has 2 buckles or Velcro, let me know which you prefer.

TAKE THE MEASUREMENT FROM THE POLL(behind the ears) TO JUST PAST THE WITHER,
THE DEPTH IS FROM THE WITHER TO DROP OF THE SHOULDER.
